My name is Dylan Hewson and I'm an independent media artist currently in my third year studying a Bachelor of Arts (Fine Art) at Curtin University. Much of my work is concerned with the built environment and its effect on the individual, as well as the nature of the relationship between popular culture and utilitarianism and how this impacts upon the individual consumer. I have exhibited in the government-sponsored In-Transit exhibition, and by undertaking the current project I intend to improve my skills as a video artist and filmmaker.
